Entangled books are excited to announce their newest Historical Romance line,
Scandalous! One of their books to kick off the new line is a Christmas themed anthology with two fabulous authors, Delilah Marvelle and Maire Claremont. ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS A DUKE includes two novellas, MERRY CHRISTMAS, MRS ROBINSON and THE TWELVE DAYS OF SEDUCTION.
by Maire Claremont
I first fell in love with romance when I was fourteen years old. I had no idea such amazing books existed. And then one day I was browsing in the library and saw a spine with the most beautiful woman. I picked it up. It was Wild Swan by Celeste De Blasis, an epic, sweeping family romance. I was immediately captivated. I’d never read such drama! So many splendid characters! It had never occurred to me that there was this whole magical genre before. I then started devouring it, falling in love with Johanna Lindsay, Laura Kinsale, and Judith McNaught.
There is something about romance that is so essential. Not just historical fiction. Iadore historical fiction, but those novels can’t escape the cold hard reality of, well, history. People died and didn’t always conquer the challenges that faced them. But in ROMANCE the heroine, no matter how many conflicts she faces or what problems she has to surmount, triumphs. How could I not love this optimistic, beautiful world???

Now, I must confess, as much as I do love historical fact, my favorite part of romance is the fantastic world of gorgeous dresses, ballrooms, coaches, and handsome lords. (So often their real life counterparts just weren’t up to snuff.)
But the fantasy of rooms draped in striped silk and gowns that were so stunningly embroidered captured my imagination. And now, I’m very lucky because I get to live in that imagination. I can spend as many hours a day as I want in the great houses of England, strolling down Rotten Row, or showing off a horse in Hyde Park. Writing for me has become as magical as reading. Its so wonderful to live in Romance Land.
I do hope you come visit me there in All I Want For Christmas is A Duke. Dellilah Marvelle and I couldn’t resist the idea of a duke for Christmas. Our heroines certainly deserve them! And for Christmas, you do too!

Merry Christmas, Mrs. Robinson by Delilah Marvelle
Lady Jane left her father, the Earl of Chadwick, and the ton behind to experience life on the stage. After a disastrous marriage, the widow is living on the edge of poverty, determined to guard her heart, when a secret admirer from her past demands a second chance.
Shy and retiring Martin Nicholas Pierce, the Sixth Duke of Somerset, has carried a torch for Lady Jane since her youth, but he is five years her junior. When she married another man, he left for Europe, determined to put her out of his mind. After returning to find Lady Jane free, he vows to replace the memories of her cursed Twelfth Night with a new beginning.
The Twelve Days of Seduction By Maire Claremont
Alexander Hunt, Eighth Duke of Berresford, is aware his ward’s governess isn’t quite what she seems. Although Miss Flint is beautiful and intelligent, she misrepresented herself to gain employment, and he threatens to give her the sack mere days before Christmas.
Desperate to convince the sexy duke not to tear her from the little girl she’s grown to adore, Adriana challenges him to seduce her before the Twelve Days of Christmas have come to an end, although she fears it may cost her heart. Alexander accepts the challenge, unconcerned that he has as much to lose, if not more, than the delectable Miss Flint.
