Country: USA

Level of addiction to romance up to 5: Romance – 2 Erotica – 5

How long you have been reading Romance novels: Do the Sweet Valley High books count?  If they do, ever since I started stealing them from my cousin!

Tell us a bit about yourself!

What’s your oldest memory related to books?

My father reading pinochio to me.  I must have been 3 or 4 because my parents got divorced when I was 5.

How do you organize your bookshelf? How long does it take you to find the book you’re looking for?

I can always find them.  My shelf is organized by whim, but it makes perfect sense to me.  My books are like my kids, I can always pick them out in a crowd.  I know they’re silhouettes, their movements, their energy, they are never lost.

Bookshelfing

bookshelfingWhich author do you have most books by?

Anais Nin, hands down.  Octavia Butler and JR Ward are probably tied for second.

How does your bookshelf look at this exact moment?

This is only one books shelf, there are more :)

Do you have any book in your shelf that you wrote?

Yes!  Shadow on the Wall (SandStorm Chronicles #1) and Two Moons of Sera.

Book ends

Please recommend us one book in your shelf:

I don’t think I can recommend just one… Can I have 2?  I’ll recommend a traditional published and an Indie published.  These two should go on the “If you like this then you’ll love…” list for each other. The Kingdom by Anderson O’Donnell and The Wind Up Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi.

Great post! My bookshelves are not organized and look like a tornado hit them right now….sigh….I need to set aside some time to organize them so that I can actually find what I want on them.
